Mini Glazed Meatloaf muffins – so easy and a winner with the kids!

Mini Glazed Meatloaf Muffins



  • 500g Lean beef mince
  • 1 Egg
  • 1 Medium onion, grated
  • 1 Clove of garlic, minces
  • 1 Carrot, grated
  • 1/2 cup Tasty cheese, grated
  • 1/2 cup Breadcrumbs


  • 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tbsp Tomato sauce


Preheat oven to 200°C. Spray a muffin tin with cooking oil or line baking paper and set aside.

In a bowl combine the beef mince, egg, onion, garlic, carrot, cheese and breadcrumbs.

Form the mixture into muffin sized balls and then press them into the muffin tin.

Brush the top of the meatloaf muffins generously with the glaze mixture.

Bake for 20 minutes.

Makes approximately 10
