Easy and addicitive Kumara Bake

Very yummy but not very healthy so keep it for special occasions !

1kg kumara, peeled, chopped in large chunks and boiled until just tender

Combine 300ml cream (can use lite cream if preferred), add 1 sachet creamy chicken soup (not cup a soup).  Pour this mixture over cooked kumara in oven dish, top with grated cheese.  Can add cooked chopped bacon and/or onion (optional).

Bake at 200deg C for 20-30 minutes until bubbly.

Delicious with beef fillet or roast beef and rocket salad or beans.
