5 Cup Slice

I stole this receipe from a cookbook that my mum had been given from Aussie, I double it as it does not last long in my house

 

1 c self raising flour

1 c brown sugar

1 c coconut

1 c dried fruit – eg raisins, apricots, dates or whatever 

1 c milk

 

Mix all ingredients together and pour into tin (20cm x 20cm ish) Bake at 180 ish until brown, about 20mins

Cool and cut into squares

 

Enjoy!!
